As an Associate Director - MEP Electrical Services with Hines Conceptual Construction Group (CCG) for Europe, you will primarily be responsible for supporting and consulting Pan-European Hines development teams during project pre-development phases including project consultant selection, budgeting, project design and buy-out of the HV/MV electrical infrastructure, grid/building connected PV systems as well as both traditional and cutting edge LV systems including but not limited to, small power, lighting and controls, ICT, access controls, CCTV and building management and controls systems.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development, organization and training of the growing and evolving library of Pan-European CCG resources and standards such as Hines master MEP specifications, owner project requirements, design and development brief, embodied carbon guidelines and SMART buildings. Your specific responsibilities in these programs will be as directed by the MD MEP – Europe.
This position works closely with Hines Pan-European development and construction colleagues as well as their appointed design team in the design, cost management and programming from conception through the completion of the preconstruction phase. As such, it is essential you possess the ability and the ambition to develop strong, trusting relationships with in-country Hines execution teams their selected consulting firms and contractors.
