* This is a 12-month contract position.

Responsibilities

Join Hines to lead the forefront of workplace innovation, where the employee experience is central to our real estate solutions. You will be instrumental in utilizing analytics to develop environments that prioritize well-being, productivity, and human-centered design, aligning with Hines's reputation as an industry pioneer.

 

  • Develop and implement key metrics and KPIs, using your expertise in workplace metrics formulas, to enhance the workplace experience in Hines offices and for corporate tenants.

  • Lead strategic initiatives integrating workplace planning with organizational analytics to enhance employee experiences.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Property Management, and cross-functional teams to tailor workplace strategies to evolving employee and tenant needs.

  • Utilize advanced data visualization and analytics tools to improve employee satisfaction and workplace effectiveness.

  • Assess and transform workplace operations through innovative technology solutions, balancing in-house developments with external partnerships.

  • Manage projects leveraging technology to streamline operations and foster environments that inspire creativity and collaboration.

  • Align workplace strategies with sustainable practices, supporting Hines's commitment to environmental responsibility and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field, with a strong focus on analytics and enhancing employee experience.

  • Minimum of five years' experience in enhancing workplace experience through strategic planning, data analysis, and understanding of workplace metrics formulas, as it relates to occupied real estate.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, capable of transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, adept at managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders and drive innovative, collaborative strategies.
