As a Senior Accountant with Hines, you will ensure the accuracy and propriety of all financial data and reports maintained and prepared for the properties, projects, tier entities, and investors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting
2. Tax Compliance & Advisory Support
3. Cash & Treasury Management
4. Fund Administration
Minimum Requirements include:
Basic knowledge of accounting standards, tax legislations and statutory requirements applicable to Japanese companies including SPVs is a must
Familiarity with both JGAAP and IFRS preferred
Familiarity with TMK and GK-TK scheme preferred
Native Japanese and business level English
Possess the highest degree of integrity
Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills
Demonstrate prioritization, organization, and time management skills necessary to balance competing deadlines
Self-starter with a proactive attitude
Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
