Responsibilities

As an Analyst within the Business Generation team at Hines Korea, you are an integral part in executing the Hines standard of acquiring and developing landmark real estate projects that deliver lasting value to our investors. This dynamic role will engage stakeholders at all parts of the investment and development process from forming intentional relationships with local business owners to executing presentations to an audience of global investors. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Help identify new market opportunities and perform feasibility, economic and financial analysis
  • Support the due diligence process for new acquisitions and developments
  • Participate in the management of acquisition and development projects including underwriting model maintenance, delivering key return metrics for decision-making, financing, design, contracting, and leasing support
  • Participate in the asset management of properties by overseeing leasing, capital projects, tenant/investor relations, and disposition

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
  • Strong professional and academic track record
  • Two or more years of experience in real estate, investment banking, management consulting or investment management
  • Native Korean and business level English
  • Possess the highest degree of integrity.
  • Demonstrate prioritization, organization, and time management skills necessary to balance competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills capable of undertaking detailed analyses and make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations.
  • Ability to multi-task in a complex high-volume environment and competency to work with all levels of management and personnel on critical projects.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership
