Responsibilities

As a Summer Intern for Facilities Management with Hines, you will work alongside Programs and Project Management leadership to assit with various tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • EHS Xantara Monthly Records Tracking and Close Out Assistance
  • IAQ Pilot Program record review of monthly reporting
  • Purchase Order creations utilizing Coupa procure to pay
  • Hines Efficient Practices Recordkeeping Assistance
  • Weekend Activity Report Assistance
  • JPMC Processes Training (Service Now, Critical Incident Reporting etc.)
  • Support development of Shared Savings artifacts and process workflow in SharePoint / Smartsheet
  • Support project management tracking and budgetary expenses for client review and updates

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Students from any academic discipline will be considered; however, a strong interest in real estate/business is required
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage his/her time, resources and coordinate multiple projects
  • Interpersonal and relationship building ability
  • Current Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors will be considered.
  • Compensation: $28/hr
