Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operational technical property management and the central point of contact for the customer. You will be ensuring the operational readiness of all technical systems in the property; Daily property tours and property quality checks and participation in the optimisation of building operation (in particular from a system-specific & sustainable perspective).

 

You will oversee the close cooperation with the commercial team and support in invoice processing with regard to technical matters. Responsibility for Personnel deployment planning as well as management and coordination of employees and subcontractors in the technical areas will fall into your remit.

 

Control and coordination of the agreed services for quality assurance as well as with regard to costs and adherence to deadlines as well as the creation and maintenance of property-related documentation and reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited: 

 

  • Responsibility for operational technical property management

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Whether you are a career starter or an experienced professional - you will impress with your personality, because your service mentality and strong communication skills are crucial to our strategy
  • Creativity and pleasure in rethinking the professional field of technical facility management
  • Completed training as a master craftsman / business administrator or comparable in the craft / technical field
  • Experience in employee management and strong customer orientation
  • Confident communication and friendly demeanour
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and CAFM systems
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
  • Initiative and organisational strength as well as pleasure in taking on responsibility
  • Convincing subcontractor network at the location
