As a Community Manager with Hines, you will manage the daily operations of an assigned property including managing the team members and daily activities, achieving established budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensuring that the operation of the property complies with Hines policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
High school education or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; college degree preferred.
Two or more years of experience as a residential community/property manager required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software in order to complete required reports.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
