Responsibilities

As a Summer Intern for Hines Living with Hines, you will:

 

  • Participate in New Hire Trainings (Fair Housing, Entrata, Workplace Harassment, etc.)
  • Tour Property, Review Floor Plans, etc.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Review building safety procedures
  • Review the turn process and work order system/process
  • Review/assist on social media marketing
  • Review/collaborate on resident event
  • Attend CM meeting

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Sophomores and Juniors currently enrolled in college will be considered. 

  • Students from any academic discipline may be considered

  • A strong interest in real estate/business is required

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage their time, resources and coordinate multiple projects

  • Interpersonal and relationship building ability

  • Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr
