Responsibilities

At Hines, as the Concierge and Experience Coordinator, you're the pulse of the building's hospitality. Here's a glimpse of what your role entails:

 

  • Manage and enhance the building experience by fostering client relationships, coordinating conference rooms, and planning events. Offer a personalized touch with a focus on care and convenience for both current and prospective clients.
  • Identify and deliver client events, opportunities, and services, extending value beyond office walls. Provide solutions for corporate catering, events, dining reservations, gift arrangements, ticketing, dry cleaning, and more.
  • Handle occasional catering requests, from setup to coordination with catering companies, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area, including restaurants, delivery services, and other points of interest, to assist clients with their needs.
  • Forge strong partnerships within the community, engaging with local arts districts, downtown groups, restaurants, and other relevant entities.
  • Manage client expectations with professionalism and courtesy, promptly addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Act as a liaison with the Client Experience and Events Manager and the building team to resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of building amenity spaces, ensuring they meet high standards.
  • Troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi logins, printer setups, and other technology-related issues to support clients in time-sensitive situations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in event coordination, customer experience, or member relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to troubleshoot technology systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Stay informed about local news and events to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to building strong relationships with clients and teammates alike.
  • As the Concierge and Experience Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that every interaction at the building is marked by warmth, efficiency, and excellence.
