As the Tenant Service Coordinator with Hines, you are responsible for supporting the Property Management Office in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of property services while emphasizing a positive response to tenant concerns and delivering outstanding hospitality. Ability to understand and read newspapers, periodicals, journals, and manuals to remain conversational and knowledgeable of local news and events.
Ability to perform numerical and financial calculations.
Ability to meet highest attendance and punctuality requirements.
Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors 5% of the time.
Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building(s) and detect emergency alarms.
On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations during natural disasters.
Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate.
