This Asset Management position will support and assist in the management of commercial and/or residential properties. You will support and participate in proactive contract management, in particular for rental, service and maintenance contracts, as well as participating in the development of marketing strategies and measures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support and assistance in the management of commercial and/or residential properties
Support and participation in proactive contract management, in particular for rental, service and maintenance contracts
Participation in the development of marketing strategies and measures
Support and cooperation in the context of letting management
Support in the development and implementation of property strategies with a focus on value enhancement opportunities
Participation in the management and monitoring of service providers (e.g. property management, facility management)
Support and participation in budget preparation and updating, monitoring of current cash flows, real estate KPIs,
Preparation, support and participation in the creation of business plans
Support and participation in the transfer of new properties from acquisition / project development to portfolio management
Creation of decision templates in German and English for the building owner
Preparation and creation of market and project presentations for relevant shareholders and stakeholders
Minimum Requirements include:
University degree in the field of business administration / economics, or degree in the property industry or similar
Career starter or initial experience in asset and / or property management desirable
Very good Excel skills and good knowledge of the common MS Office products
High affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking skills
Very good written and spoken English skills
High level of commitment as well as a structured and detail-orientated way of working
Strong ability to work in a team
