Reporting to the Property Manager, the role of the Building Concierge includes both front-of-house services and tenant engagement activities. You will be the face of our T3 Collingwood building based at the ground floor concierge desk. You will be responsible for ensuring all tenants and guests are greeted and provided with professional and courteous service. The Building Concierge will work closely with both the Property Manager and Facilities Manager as well as collaborate with external service providers to maintain a well-functioning asset. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Minimum Requirements include:
Proven experience in a front-of-house, reception, or concierge role, preferably in a property or hospitality setting.
Strong customer service experience, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills to maintain a functional and tidy office environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset for delivering high-quality service.
A high attention to detail.
Strong written skills with the ability to compose business letters, expositions, summaries, and reports, using proper format, punctuation, grammar, diction, and style.
Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a constructive and collaborative team.
Good understating of property terminology and property administration.
