As an ESG Analyst with Hines, you will support the creation of value for Hines and our partners by building and implementing Hines’ ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategy and program. You will support the ESG Team in coordinating and implementing ESG policies, programs and initiatives across the Hines global platform and working with the broader Hines teams to successfully advance our ESG strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and advance the ESG data & reporting strategy and program implementation
• Perform due diligence and regular monitoring of Company ESG metrics and data
• Maintain and retain support for ESG publicly reported data and required disclosures
• Draft responses to ESG inquiries from interested parties and ratings agencies
• Collaborate with internal experts to create ESG content
• Gather and share market intelligence to inform value creation through ESG action
• Manage and maintain ESG website content
• Identify and report emerging ESG trends to team and executive leadership
• ESG roadmap development and execution
• ESG target setting and implementation of best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Investment, Real Estate, Sustainability or related field from an accredited institution

• Two or more years of project management or business analyst experience

• Relevant analytical experience

• Knowledge of sustainable finance or real estate regulations and market drivers
• Compensation: $91,800 - $114,700
