Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join Hines Europe’s Management Services Team in London who would support senior team members on wide range of activities. The successful candidate will:

 

  • Update data trackers to reflect an accurate position of the European operational business.
  • Support programme delivery by helping to implement new technology, deploy systems and resolve country-nuanced issues.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of operational training including Property Management, Property Experience and Hospitality training.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of pan-European team connections.
  • Provide numerical analysis and prepare presentations for annual business plan reporting.
  • Draft documents and presentations for internal/external use.
  • Support the Living sector Operational Teams in policy creation and adoption of data analytic tools.
  • Liaise with country teams to collate information.
  • Join cross-functional team meetings to observe internal collaboration and strategy.
  • Support the business development part of Management Services team on the sales activities and analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include: 

 

  • Studied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Business Process, Sustainability or Real Estate.
  • No prior real estate experience is required, however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are fundamental.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proactive and autonomous approach.
  • Able to manage different tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English (particularly written).
  • Second language non-essential but preferred.
