As an Intern Analyst within the Capital Transactions team at Hines Hong Kong, you will be a critical part in supporting new acquisitions and existing asset requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide new business analysis, including market study, project concept and programming analysis, cost estimation and budgeting, deal structure analysis, and cash flow modelling;
Assist to prepare Investment Proposal and analyse various proposals;
Document control related to due diligence processes;
Prepare project updates and reporting to shareholders/investors, and
Participate in execution of existing projects such as various contract management, development budget update, sales and marketing activities, approvals, any other project administration and coordination works.
Minimum Requirements include:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Strong academic track record and demonstrated extracurricular activity involvement (student investment clubs, sports teams, real estate clubs, etc.)
Proficient English and Chinese (Mandarin) written and spoken
Possess the highest degree of integrity.
Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and listening skills.
Analytical problem-solving skills capable to undertake detailed analyses and make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations.
Demonstrate prioritization, organization, and time management skills necessary to balance competing deadlines.
Ability to multi-task in a complex high-volume environment and competency to work with all levels of management and personnel on critical projects.
Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership.
