The Senior Director, Private Wealth Solutions Marketing leads the strategy and execution of targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across the global private wealth channel. This role is responsible for deepening engagement with financial intermediaries and end investors—including RIAs, wirehouses/private banks, independent broker-dealers, family offices, consultants, and HNW/UHNW individuals—through highly personalized, insight-led programs.
This leader will drive a globally coordinated, programmatic approach to marketing—elevating the firm’s positioning across a multi-asset platform (real estate, credit, infrastructure, and alternatives), enabling capital raising efforts, and enhancing advisor and client experience across the full lifecycle. Working in close partnership with Capital Markets, Product, Sales, and Communications, the role ensures marketing is directly aligned to distribution priorities, from priority account coverage and pipeline development through conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes. Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in financial services or asset management marketing, with a focus on private wealth or HNW/UHNW segments
Demonstrated success aligning marketing with distribution teams and driving pipeline and revenue outcomes
Deep expertise in ABM, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), AI-driven marketing tools, and digital marketing ecosystems
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within private wealth marketing
Strategic and commercially minded, with a strong orientation toward distribution and revenue outcomes
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving priorities
Change agent with a track record of building scalable, modern, and technology-enabled marketing capabilities
Collaborative leader who builds strong partnerships across distribution, investment, and functional teams
Data-driven decision maker with a focus on measurable business impact
Compensation: $210,000 - $280,000 + Bonus
