Responsibilities

The intern will support the Investment and Asset Management teams and receive broad exposure to real estate investment and development Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

 

  • Evaluation of new business/investments including underwriting, research and due diligence

  • Providing research, analytical and execution support for new business and investments

  • Preparation of investment materials for investor outreach and investment committee approval

  • Support team in asset management of existing properties, including leasing, capital projects, tenant relations and investor relations

  • Perform Excel-based data entry, reporting, and basic analysis

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include: 

 

  • Strong interest in the real estate industry, with an understanding of market dynamics and trends

  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and quantitative/analytical skills

  • Preference is for at least 6 months of commitment
