This role will report directly to family office senior leadership (Directors) and will be responsible for delivering timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
This role is also responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, and investment operations of an embedded family office. This individual will provide operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of entities, trusts, private investments, and personal assets while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required. Master's degree in Accounting, or Finance is a plus.
CPA designation required.
7–10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
Experience within a family office is strongly preferred.
Experience with trusts, estate structures, partnerships, and private investments is highly desirable.
Prior experience leading projects, managing advisor relationships, or supervising staff.
Experience with treasury management and cash forecasting.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Exceptional integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
A polished presence with the ability to communicate effectively with family principals and trusted advisors.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Collaborative leadership style with a service-oriented mindset.
Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on operational excellence and process automation.
