As an HRIS Specialist with Hines, you will will interact and work closely with Human Resources as well as external customers to act as a functional point-of-contact for Workday, providing support with a focus on business processes and applicable support activities including HCM, Benefits, Absence.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Provides day-to-day incident & problem resolution as necessary
  • Serves as an escalation point for Workday production support issues including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Understands business requirements and interprets into system solutions ensuring that all possible scenarios have been covered.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.



Minimum Requirements include:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution strongly preferred
  • Three or more years of applicable HCM or HR application experience; Workday preferred
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to perform general accounting functions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
