Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager with Hines, you will partner with businesses, operations, and software teams across the company and around the world to prioritize and deliver high-impact, customer-centric projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Working with multiple organizations and stakeholders to improve workflows
  • Gathering and analyzing data to understand problems, find root causes, and develop countermeasures
  • Scoping and defining technical requirements to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Communicating regularly to stakeholders on status, risks, and changes
  • Managing multiple, cross-functional competing projects and programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected
  • Managing ongoing programs, identifying roadblocks and making trade-offs, balancing the business needs versus technical and operational constraints
  • Developing and facilitating training on multiple methodologies across all levels of an organization
  • Facilitating change across groups

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrated experience and success in improving processes using Lean methodologies.
  • Proven record leading Kaizen Events and cross-functional complex programs and ability to influence and lead without direct management authority.
  • Experience leading Continuous Improvement projects (for example: Six Sigma DMAIC, A3 Problem Solving)
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
