As a Triage & Event Data Analyst with Hines, you will oversee calendars, manage event metrics and work in conjunction with the Admin/Triage Specialist.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis
  • Ownership of all event data used for analytics, including thousands of events coming through a queue each month
  • Responsible for importing, transforming, and validating data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data in order to drive decision-making
  • Extract insights from data to improve the efficiency of our event tool and event space utilization
  • Responsibilities may include presenting data in charts, graphs and tables as well as designing and developing databases and excel documents for collecting data
  • Utilize data analysis to drive critical departmental initiatives
  • Collaborate with the events team to use data effectively
  • Actively build processes and tools to make data more accessible
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and data extraction requests
  • Work alongside the Events Services team to track and manage space request submissions for onsite meetings and event spaces
  • Oversee ticket queue and SLA


Minimum Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
