As an Analyst/Associate with Hines, you will work closely with the Director as well as cover all aspects related to asset management activity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Designing, amending and updating models (ranging in complexity) for all business needs; running scenarios on the models and producing outputs for external and internal purposes
  • Managing cash flows, distribution analysis and investment projections
  • Working closely with third party property managers and leasing agents to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals

  • Supporting commercial negotiations, prepare and implement leasing and marketing strategies for each asset including recommendations on termination of leases, extension of leases, new lettings, including effects on performance

  • Production of clear and articulate marketing material such as teasers and presentations

  • Developing and distributing periodic asset management reports to investors, including budget preparation and follow-up with quarterly analysis of budgetary deviations




Minimum Requirements include:


  • Three or more years of relevant experience in real estate market
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Strong initiative and customer service orientation
  • Fluent in verbal and written Italian required
