Responsibilities

As an Assistant Program Manager with Hines, you will work with our Signage Manager to support a rapidly growing corporate facilities client.  The successful applicant will enjoy multi-tasking and be detail-oriented, self-driven, assertive and fun. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Responsible for the oversight and delivery of multi-faceted wayfinding, directional, room and lobby signage for the Client.
  • Management of key vendor contract providers responsible for signage: Tube Art Group, Image Group, Rainier and others as appropriate.
  • Train, mentor and continually develop staff and vendor partners
  • Prepare annual budgets, Quarterly Business Reviews, and all applicable reports for client approval
  • Create graphs, charts, and other complex documents

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred
  • Five or more years office administrative experience
  • Graphic Design experience a plus
  • Experience in Vendor and/or Project Administration role
  • Familiarity with floor plans and schematic drawings
  • Mantra of ‘DETAILS matter most’
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
