As a Transportation Program Manager with Hines, you will manage our client’s employee parking and transportation program elements in sites outside of their Seattle headquarters. Program elements may include but are not limited to monthly parking, public transportation, employer provided shuttles, and other alternatives to single occupancy driving, as well as the spend associated with these elements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Manage employee parking and transportation program elements in support of our client’s real estate and facilities team objectives.
  • Evaluate program activities on an ongoing basis to identify any required additions to headcount
  • Prepare and maintain annual operating budgets, including invoice review and approval, variance reporting, reforecast, and PO management
  • Facilitate employee communication initiatives to keep the client population informed of relevant impacts to parking and transportation topics
  • Perform ongoing assessment of vendors and vendor services to ensure the correct vendor partner is selected for and assigned to program elements
  • Continuously document and refine goals and objectives for parking and transportation programming and consider for integration into program scope
  • Coordinate and calendar meetings among relevant vendors and business units for the purpose of timely project completion, as needed
  • Manage Employee Parking Program Playbook
  • Manage new and existing shuttle program at different sites in North America


Minimum Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Three or more years experience administering programs and managing staff 
  • Transportation industry knowledge/experience required
  • Familiar with lease language as it applies to parking and transportation
  • Experience managing an annual budget and quarterly invoicing
  • Familiar with basic principles of Transportation Demand Management and governing language regarding parking and transportation behavior
  • Prior experience in program management for large corporate clients a big plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
