As a Senior Facilities Program Manager with Hines, you will be responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of Portfolio Wide, Centralized Facilities Programs which includes management of a team of program administrators. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Provide management and leadership direction for the design, development and implementation of centralized facility related services that add value to the Client’s employee experience
  • Develop process/ project requirements, plan and implement projects to improve services
  • Coordinate with Client on program procurement and RFP development as related to programs
  • Ensure programs are coordinated with Hines and Client stakeholders, including but not limited to engineering, operations, accounting/finance and human resources
  • Data collection and analysis that drives continuous improvement and ensures all assigned programs meet or exceed the Account’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Quality audit to ensure compliance with all established Policies and Procedures, as well as contractual obligations
  • Manage and report on critical & key performance measurements (i.e., savings, projections, spending forecast)
  • Provide appropriate periodic reporting and management reports as required
  • Build successful relationships within Hines team members and Client partners on the foundation of confidence, trust, and integrity
  • Successfully interact with and influence team members and partners throughout all levels of the organization
  • Provide leadership and guidance for team members related to managed programs
  • Support the creation and stability of an environment conducive to strong teamwork and co-operation among colleagues



Minimum Requirements include:


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Ten or more years facilities management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong initiative and customer service orientation
  • Knowledgeable in risk, governance and compliance
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Strong leadership presence with proven track record of delivering results
  • Strong financial acumen and experience
  • Perceptive leader with a real passion for building and developing a strong team
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
