As a Maintenance Technician with Hines, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Supervise the disassembly, relocation, and reassembly of stage systems, event materials and lighting
  • Perform repairs, maintenance and replacement of building furnishings and other building components as directed by the Supervisor
  • Routinely review operating conditions and established programs with Supervisor
  • Utilize job training opportunities to further develop skills
  • Respond to tenant requests
  • Work with team members to discover and implement creative solutions to improve operating efficiencies while maintaining mission critical availability.


Minimum Requirements include:


  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • One or more years related experience preferred
  • Read and understand a variety of instructions, including equipment instruction manuals, furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
  • Resourceful team player whose integrity will build strong and trusting relationships with customers and teammates
  • Energetic and innovative ability to problem solve
  • Adaptable, resilient and open to new ideas
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests
  • Understand proper use of basic hand tools and power tools
