As a Staff Accountant I with Hines, you will maintain the integrity of all financial information for a specific project and/or business entity. This individual will provide general accounting and administrative support to the Property Manager and Staff Accountant III. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  


  • Maintain accounts payable
  • Prepare payments and wire transfers
  • Assist with operating expense reconciliations
  • Code invoices
  • Assist with preparation of monthly and annual accruals
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed


Minimum Requirements include:


  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • One or more years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience preferred
