As a Move Coordinator with Hines, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of the physical office and equipment move process at a client site. The Coordinator will work closely with all levels of Facilities, IT, Security, vendors, and clients to ensure that moves meet expectations.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Manage and assess move vendors
  • Support on-site planners
  • Lead meetings to coordinate move details
  • Obtain cost data and produce monthly cost reports
  • Assist with other projects as assigned


Minimum Requirements include:


  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Two or more years experience in a professional office environment
  • Previous experience with move management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Willingness to frequently work non-standard office hours (i.e. early mornings, nights, and weekends), as dictated by specific move requirements
