Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst with Hines, you will provide support associated with fund level acquisitions and asset management as well as investor and management reporting. The Analyst will be exposed to various aspects of real estate investment management including market research, leasing strategies, financial modeling and administration of investor requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage and coordinate various required quarterly processes
  • Assist in preparation of fund quarterly management reports
  • Update and maintain tenant databases
  • Administration of property reporting templates
  • Support investor presentations, acquisitions, dispositions, various SEC reporting requirements and
  • Coordinate and manage miscellaneous projects among fund teams
  • Document control related to appraisals, due diligence processes and ad hoc information requests
  • Reviewing property-level cash flows
  • Evaluate tenant credit of new and existing major tenants in the portfolio
  • Assist preparation and review of some Argus models

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
  • Three or more years of experience with a professional organization
  • Investor and/or internal reporting experience preferred
  • Prior Argus and/or accounting experience a plus
