As a Tenant Services Coordinator with Hines, you will provide administrative support and assist in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of property services to the tenants while emphasizing a positive response to tenant concerns.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Answer phones and greet customers/tenants/guests in the office
  • Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints, focusing on service recovery
  • Produce general correspondence
  • Review the Front of House to ensure that all areas enhance the overall experience and are up to the Hines standard. Identify specific details that add or take away from the visit or experience.
  • Evaluate the tenant / customer / guest experience at your property and seek out ways to improve the experience and implement these practices
  • Look for opportunities to provide anticipatory service, giving your tenants / customers / guests what they want and need before they have to ask for it
  • Examine common complaints or issues and research solutions that turn these complaints into compliments
  • Research new amenities, convenience services, and programs that add value for your tenants and their employees
  • Meet with local brand and corporate gift partners and identify potential holiday and tenant anniversary / recognition gifts
  • Research creative event ideas and programs that solve a problem, meet a need, or create goodwill and comradery
  • Plan and execute memorable events and specialty programs, within property budget
  • Coordinate tenant move-in/outs
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourage the same from other Hines employees and contract partners
  • Be an ambassador and overall “gracious host” of the building. Initiate opportunities to strengthen relations between the customer and the property management team


Minimum Requirements include:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Two or more years of management experience in customer service or relations
  • Must be self-directed, demonstrate resourcefulness and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
