As an Amenities Coordinator with Hines, you will plan, manage and execute building events and program initiatives; manage operations for the building amenities and provide administrative support for the building management team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Produce general correspondence
  • Greet & assist guests and tenants visiting management office and amenties
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and special events
  • Answer phone(s)
  • Network and develop relationships with local community to create, plan and execute innovative events, speakers and classes for tenants (ie speaker series, social networking events, fitness classes, etc)
  • Assist tenants with logistics and onsite support for special events and meetings
  • Manage reservation schedule
  • Maintain all meeting room table and chair setups and A/V requests
  • Assist with limited after hour support for meetings and events
  • Support Administrative duties such as processing tenant requests, expense and budget tracking, invoice coding, managing supplies, etc
  • Assist with projects as assigned


Minimum Requirements include:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field from an accredited institution
  • Two or more years in a hospitality setting or administrative support role in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & Twitter
  • Resourceful team player whose integrity will build strong and trusting relationships with tenants and teammates
