    Responsibilities

    As a Financial Analyst with Hines, you will ensure the accuracy and propriety of all financial data and reports maintained for the client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy of bi-annual budget deliverables including, hands-on trainings, managing timelines and providing accounting review & compilation of budget product
    • Work with program and project managers to review & analyze the various budgets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements
    • Consolidate and summarize all department’s forecast & variance comments to a standard format for analysis and review with client
    • Create and manage various detailed and rolled up budget presentations based on client requests or existing models
    • Create and manage various ad hoc budgets, reports, and presentations as needed as well as improve existing reports & templates
    • Utilize budget & budget software to create, summarize, and analyze monthly reporting for all program and department spend

    • Critically review budget to actuals on a monthly basis & work with stakeholder to document any variances

    • Summarize reports for presentation & use by the client and various parties

    • Organize data from consolidated company financial information down to facility related costs for reporting

    • Prepare and maintain monthly accruals

       

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements include:

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited institution
    • Three or more years professional experience encompassing similar duties
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
