    Responsibilities

    As a Project Manager with Hines, you will be responsible for the implementation of process standardization across the global Office Safety team, accompanied by both leading and lagging sets of key performance indicators as to determine leadership engagement and evacuation drill efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Perform deep dive analysis of audit results and strategize path forward
    • Continually analyze results for drill compliance legally required geographically
    • Create, maintain, and improve dashboard for Emergency Preparedness performance to plan
    • Establish and maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators as well as metrics, and criteria for those metrics
    • Assist and guide regional stakeholders in structuring program budget considerations
    • Educate and facilitate regional stakeholders with visual media, administrative controls, and supplementary command media (policy/procedures)
    • Manage a portfolio of programs from initiation through execution, enhancing business value across different program delivery dimensions
    • Apply ‘Best in Class’ project and program management methodologies to achieve superior results

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements include:

     

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience combined with professional training
    • Five or more years of Project Management and/or Program Management experience
    • PMP designation preferred
    • Advanced experience with appplications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint
    • Tableau software experience required
    • Self-starter, goal-oriented and adaptable to a changing environment
