    Responsibilities

    As a Quality Assurance Inspector with Hines, you will conduct audits of work place facilities environments and processes, assuring company standards are maintained and quality is preserved. You will consult with Facilities Management and others to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems, and function as an information source to service providers and various company departments when quality issues occur. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Interpret, implement, and evaluate ongoing adequacy of quality assurance standards
    • Devise sampling procedures for recording and reporting quality data; analyze to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
    • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
    • Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of processes and procedures to ensure finished product quality
    • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities; evaluate findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
    • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
    • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
    • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
    • Oversee document management systems
    • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and organization requirements
    • Validate the classification of all rooms and space types
    • Conduct pre-FDOB visual inspections to include document findings
    • Some light to moderate physical cleaning may be required on rare occasions

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements include:
    • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
    • One or more years of quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
    • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
    • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Day shift 5am – 2pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime and weekend work may be required
    • Flexibility with work tasks and schedule
    • Frequently walking throughout the workday
    • Ability to adapt & learn quickly to new technology, including tablets, computers, and different software types
    • Attention to detail, organization, and strong multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
