    As an Events Manager with Hines, you will join the Facilities Operations team at a growing corporate client, where you will be responsible for overseeing the Facilities Events Team supporting internal events and amenities within shared community spaces.


    • Work with the client to identify their needs and document how the Hines Facilities Events Team will deliver
    • Collaborate with the Facilities Events Team and key internal partners to create, implement and document the growing events and amenities program throughout the West Coast
    • Ensure team responds to event requests and inquiries in a timely, customer focused and professional manner to meet the Service Level Agreement
    • Work closely and professionally with vendor partners
    • Track and review Amenities and Events program metrics; identify where improvement is needed
    • Supervise, train and support a growing events team
    • Present budget and project/event documentation for consideration and approval
    • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment


    Minimum Requirements include:


    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred
    • Five or more years’ experience overseeing the implementation of events, programs, or new projects
    • Three or more years' experience in management
    • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
