    As a Utility Engineer with Hines, you will assist with maintaining and repairing building-related fixtures in an assigned facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Furniture repair and assembly, minor carpentry, painting, minor electrical repair, and emergency repairs/adjustments to mechanical equipment
    • Assist Building Engineer in performing preventative maintenance work


    Minimum Requirements include:

    • One or more years experience in semi-skilled building maintenance or related work
    • Knowledge of basic operations, tools, and terms used in building operations and maintenance
    • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests
