    As an Event Administrator with Hines, you will perform furniture and equipment set-ups for internal client events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    • Become an expert on all event space capabilities; provide recommendations for ideal set-ups depending on program needs.
    • Communicate effectively with Event Coordinators and clients to ensure all equipment and set-up requirements have been captured prior to events.
    • Set-up event spaces and monitor events while in progress.
    • Maintain a working inventory of conference room furniture and equipment for events.
    • Collaborate with supervisor and Facilities Team to order new supplies.
    • Conduct regular inspections to maintain functionality and aesthetic integrity of conference facilities and equipment.
    • Coordinate load-in, set-up, and load-out of external Amenities vendors and work with team to track vendor documentation.
    • Analyze internal event processes and identify opportunities for improvement.


    Minimum Requirements include:

    • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
    • Two or more years general events experience
    • Must be able to proactively think, plan, and execute in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong customer satisfaction focus, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with interdepartmental teams
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
