As a Senior Event Planner (Facilities Logistics) with Hines, you will independently oversee the delivery of internal events for an assigned subset of strategic clients. In addition to acting as the liaison between Event Hosts and key collaborators integral to the successful planning and actualization of events (Facilities, Culinary, Reception, Transportation, Security and Audio-Visual teams), you will also serve as an advocate for the Facilities Events Team during cross-functional projects and planning, and will provide mentorship to more junior team members.
