    As a Program Coordinator - Learning & Development with Hines, you will support the development, delivery, and reporting of Hines Amazon learning and development initiatives. You will support the development and implementation of consistent, high-quality, account wide learning and development opportunities and work directly with the Program Manager and Director of Learning & Development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    • Responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding programs for Seattle and AMER

    • Maintain the Service Excellence Ambassador roster assignments, monthly communications, and support in Ambassador training facilitation

    • Serve as subject matter expert for learning management system (LMS)

    • Set up LMS training assignments, ensuring that trainings are distributed and tracked to appropriate teams and individuals

    • Support Learning & Development Program Manager in the development and oversight of team-specific onboarding and Playbook adoption

    • Ensure that training materials are updated to include current and relevant information

    • Create and report on training assignments and evaluations

    • Support the Learning & Development Program Manager in consulting on team-specific training requests

    • Ensure training closeout, including evaluation, tracking, cataloging materials, and ownership of future trainings

    • Participate in weekly Hines Headquarters L&D calls

    • Coordinate in-person and remote meetings as directed by the Learning & Development Program Manager




    Minimum Requirements include:


    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience combined with professional training
    • Two or more years of experience in Learning & Development or related experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Strong initiative and customer service orientation
