As a Program Coordinator - Learning & Development with Hines, you will support the development, delivery, and reporting of Hines Amazon learning and development initiatives. You will support the development and implementation of consistent, high-quality, account wide learning and development opportunities and work directly with the Program Manager and Director of Learning & Development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding programs for Seattle and AMER
Maintain the Service Excellence Ambassador roster assignments, monthly communications, and support in Ambassador training facilitation
Serve as subject matter expert for learning management system (LMS)
Set up LMS training assignments, ensuring that trainings are distributed and tracked to appropriate teams and individuals
Support Learning & Development Program Manager in the development and oversight of team-specific onboarding and Playbook adoption
Ensure that training materials are updated to include current and relevant information
Create and report on training assignments and evaluations
Support the Learning & Development Program Manager in consulting on team-specific training requests
Ensure training closeout, including evaluation, tracking, cataloging materials, and ownership of future trainings
Participate in weekly Hines Headquarters L&D calls
Coordinate in-person and remote meetings as directed by the Learning & Development Program Manager
