    Responsibilities

    As a Program Administrator - Signage with Hines, you will work with our Signage Manager to support a rapidly growing corporate facilities client.  The successful applicant will enjoy multi-tasking and be detail-oriented, self-driven, assertive and be inspired by this dynamic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Supporting the Program Manager in delivery of multifaceted signage
    • Communicate with internal vendors, client customers and team members
    • Coordination, fulfillment and oversight of on-going signage requests
    • Assist with development and implementation of campus-wide initiative signage projects
    • Verifying completion and accuracy of work
    • Act as liaison to Facilities Managers, Space Planners, Special Projects Managers and Team Members on new signage maintenance requests
    • Roll out of new procedures and protocols to signage vendors and entire team when appropriate
    • Review deliverables prepared by vendor prior to passing to Amazon
    • Effectively understand and maintain standards set forth by Amazon and the Facilities Operations Team
    • Provide ongoing management of assets database including tracking of signage content, locations, materials and quantities
    • Coding and approving invoices

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements include:

     

    • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
    • Five or more years office administrative experience
    • Experience in Vendor and/or Project Administration role
    • Familiarity with floor plans and schematic drawings
    • Mantra of ‘DETAILS matter most’
    • Excellent spelling and grammar
    • Graphic Design experience a plus
