    As a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Coordinator with Hines, you will support D&I operations and collaborate with stakeholders across Hines to maximize the impact of the Local Ambassador Program and other D&I efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    • Support the development and maintenance of toolkits and best practices
    • Status reporting
    • Participate in events, activities and meetings as needed
    • Maintain the internal D&I websites
    • Budget administration, expense reporting and invoicing responsibilities
    • Meeting scheduling and coordination
    • Event planning


    Minimum Requirements include:


    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution strongly preferred
    • One or more years in a corporate business environment, with D&I experience preferred
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organization and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
