    Responsibilities

    As a Tenant Services Coordinator with Hines, you will provide day-to-day operations management of the property and maintain professional and courteous relationships with tenants and contractors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

     

    • Manages assigned service contracts and projects under Assistant Property Manager supervision

    • Assist Property Manager and Project Accountant on lease administration, billings and collection efforts for tenant receivables

    • Coordinates lobby exhibits, special events, special programs, holiday events, tenant breakfasts, gifts, and promotions

    • Organizes tenant focus groups and presentations

    • Coordinates Tenant move-in/outs, facilitates completion of any punch list items and distributes checklist to management team

    • Updates emergency management systems (fire warden training, Send Word Now, disaster recovery)

    • Assists in developing, producing and distributing building communications

    • Follows-up on daily tenant service requests (e.g. service calls and special service requests)

    • Assists in preparation of Quarterly Ownership Reports and Annual Plans

    • Manages and updates all processes and forms for the conference center

    • Responsible for all typing related to Tenant Services Coordinator’s job, including:  Key transmittal letters; tenant mailing and notifications (e.g. common area building projects)

    • Provides administrative support to property management, operations and security

    • Maintains and updates all file management systems

    • Responsible for storage room management and inventory control

    • Complies with all written Hines GS and regional company policies

    • Carries out other duties as assigned by Property Manager

       

       

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements include:

     

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution
    • Two or more years professional work experience, with supervisory experience strongly preferred
    • P&L responsibility and budgetary experience
    • Strong initiative and customer service orientation
