    Responsibilities

    As a Utility Person with Hines, you will assist with maintaining and repairing building-related fixtures in an assigned facility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Able to perform simple repair tasks
    • Capable of working independently when given clear instructions
    • Strong desire to excel
    • Need for a fast-paced environment
    • Enjoy working with people
    • Interested in learning more about building operations and considering pursuit of a Power Engineering certificate

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements include:

     

    • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
    • One or more years of work experience
    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests
    • Intent to pursue 5th Class Power Engineering certificate
