As Senior Corporate Counsel - Real Estate with Hines, you will serve as lead transaction counsel for acquisitions/dispositions, lease agreements, real estate loan agreements, real estate management agreements and other similar real estate transactions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Ten or more years of transactional real estate experience at a prestigious law firm or combination of prestigious law firm and in-house experience
Solid experience leading/managing real estate transactions
Experience managing other counsel preferred
Solid academic credentials from a top tier U.S. law school and strong academic record
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
Highly confident and articulate individual
Self-motivated, self-sufficient and enthusiastic individual who is a team player
