As a Maintenance Technician with Hines, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution; Associate's degree preferred.
One or more years related experience preferred.
Read and understand a variety of instructions, including equipment instruction manuals, furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Resourceful team player whose integrity will build strong and trusting relationships with customers and teammates.
Energetic and innovative ability to problem solve.
Adaptable, resilient and open to new ideas.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to customer requests.
Understand proper use of basic hand tools and power tools.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Must pass PHH requirements
Available for OT / weekends / Holidays as needed.
