Based in our Milan Student Accomodation, the Receptionist is a key role for the success of our residences. You’ll be part of the exciting opening of a market leading aparto Student Housing. Just as important: you are responsible for every aspect of the aparto guest stay during your shift.
You operate mainly in the reception area where you are open and available with a friendly smile to meet all the needs of students and the questions of new potential guests. This goes way beyond old school reception duties: you and your team members are the aparto’s super-skilled hosts and responsible for the entire aparto guest experience.
As a Grounds Technician - Multifamily with Hines, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is well maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds and amenities. You will also provide support to the service team members as needed.
