As an Assistant Facilities Manager (AFM) at Hines, you play a critical role in facilities operations by ensuring spaces are well maintained and meet the needs of occupants. The AFM is responsible for implementing and executing programs associated with daily operations, site inspections, and oversight of our managed vendors. Role Profile
Based in our first Milan accommodations, the Receptionist is a key role for the success of our residences. You’ll be part brand new aparto Student Housing team. Just as important: you are responsible for every aspect of the aparto guest stay during your shift.
You operate mainly in the reception area where you are open and available with a friendly smile to meet all the needs of students and the questions of new potential guests. This goes way beyond old school reception duties: you and your team members are the aparto’s super-skilled hosts and responsible for the entire aparto guest experience.
