As a Tenant Revenue Coordinator with Hines, you will manage our accounts receivables efficiently, ensuring timely tenant collections, and maintaining healthy cash flow for the property. In addition, this role is essential to optimizing our revenue streams (i.e., private event & sponsorship revenue) and supporting accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall incremental revenue growth targets of the property/Hines.
